How to Play

  1. Round 1 starts with one card each. Each round adds a card, up to 15.
  2. Bid how many tricks you'll win. You see your hand and judge. Beginning with the player left of the dealer, the dealer bids last. If the Kibitzer Rule is active, the sum of all bids may not equal the round's trick count. So at least one player must miss every round. Default on, optional.
  3. Play the tricks. Highest card of the lead suit takes the trick. Unless a trump beats it, or a Mage trumps them all. A Fool bows to any real card. But if only Fools are played, the first Fool claims the trick.
  4. Score. Hit your bid: 20 + 10 per trick. Miss by any margin: −10 per trick off.
  5. Highest score after the final round wins. Simple rules, deep strategy, endless replayability.
